The Seven Currents · Cultivation & stewardship
Agricultura
To cultivate life and practice responsible care for land, living systems, and the resources that sustain a community.
Agricultura follows the relationships between people, the land, and the living world. Cultivation requires attention over time: learning the conditions of a place, tending what grows there, and considering what today’s choices leave for tomorrow.
Putting the Current into practice
Learn the place
Observe soil, water, seasons, plants, and the relationships within a living environment.
Cultivate and care
Practice growing, tending, and maintaining the resources that support life.
Consider the future
Reflect on use, renewal, waste, and the long-term effects of stewardship.
The path of learning
The progression within Agricultura is Tiro, Legio, then Dux. Each stage joins understanding with the ability to put it into practice.
Tiro · Beginner
Learn the foundations of cultivation, patient observation, and care for living systems.
Legio · Practitioner
Practice dependable cultivation and stewardship, contribute practical knowledge, and guide Tiros.
Dux · Master teacher
Teach cultivation, guide responsible stewardship, and evaluate the quality and continuity of care.
How advancement works
Legios evaluate a learner’s work and make recommendations. The Duces hear the evidence and vote. The Legate presides over the process and does not vote.
A Current rank describes development within that Current. Membership status and an office of service in the Aedes describe other responsibilities and can overlap with a Current rank.
A place within the whole
Agricultura is one of the Seven Currents. Its work contributes to the wider life of Logosianism while retaining its own field of study and practice.
